Who?
Quite simply, anybody looking to improve their health and fitness for any reason. Age is not relevant - I have clients from teens to mid 70s - and any specific circumstances will always be an integral part of the consultation process.

Where?
In a gym or in the comfort of your own home..
When?
Monday to Saturday anytime between the hours of 5am and 10pm.
How?
It depends on such things as your goals, available time, available equipment, gym membership, etc. It also depends on what sort of exercise you like to do - I won't send you pounding the streets for hours, for example, if you despise running with a passion. Every plan will suit your circumstances.
